Kenneth R. Jacobsen

Ken brings extensive coaching and executive background to CourageWorks, a leadership consulting firm dedicated to integrating spirit with performance in modern day organizations. He acknowledges that traditional management models are fatigued, and that arousing hearts and inspiring souls is vital to creating lasting success.

Prior to establishing CourageWorks, Ken was most recently Senior Vice President and National Health Practice Leader for The Segal Company, from 1997 through 2004. Segal is a New York based actuarial, benefits and human resources consulting firm operating in 18 cities.

Ken serves as facilitator for The Secretan Center, a worldwide teaching, coaching and consulting organization whose cause is “to reawaken spirit and values in the workplace”, and is also an instructor of Loving Yourself and Others™ workshops (Global Relationships Centers, Inc. in Austin, Texas), and is accomplished in creating community and infusing a deeper sense of purpose into established cultures.
