CASTLE® Organizational Survey

The CASTLE® Organizational Survey asks deeply relevant questions in order to understand the current level of inspiration among employees and the degree to which teams and organizations are striving—and succeeding—in creating inspiring environments.

CASTLE® is an acronym that stands for Courage, Authenticity, Service, Truthfulness, Love, and Effectiveness. When fully lived, these six principles are the path to becoming free from living small, uninspiring lives. The CASTLE® Principles also form the foundation for one of the most rigorous and profound assessments of an organization’s culture and climate available today.

The CASTLE® Organizational Survey is the result of 35 years of applied research among the Secretan Center’s global clients (including 30 of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies, and 12 of Fortune’s Best Companies to Work for in America).

The Secretan Center, Inc. supports organizations in building inspiring cultures that systematically improve and build on employees’ levels of personal commitment and passion using proven interventions at the individual and enterprise level. The CASTLE® Organizational Survey is one of the tools we use to help clients improve performance, develop a comprehensive communication and training strategy, and design coaching and leadership development opportunities for all levels.
