Carlye is a certified professional coach and process consultant who is passionate about the transformative potential of human-centred approaches.  She works with people and organizations who are inspired to make a positive impact on the world.  One of her main areas of expertise is effective and compassionate communication.

She has worked in a variety of organizational contexts including the United Nations, healthcare, the non-profit sector, and small business.  Her mandates have included leadership and career coaching (from volunteers to Directors), teambuilding, culture change, and designing/facilitating staff retreats.

She is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation, holds a Master’s Degree in Human Systems Intervention, is certified in Hogan workplace personality assessments, and in the process of completing her certification as a Higher Ground Leadership® Coach.

She lives in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada, where she loves being surrounded by nature and close to family.  She is fluent in English and French.
