My name is Jan de Zwarte, living in the Netherlands. I am married to Jonnet and we have 2 sons, Tim and Max.

I am 55 years old and run my own business as a transformational coach and sales trainer, workshop facilitator and keynote speaker.

Coaching was one of the reasons why I founded my own company in 1999. Having experienced a great coach myself, I knew coaching was going to be a major part of my business.

I am here to coach humans who have dreams, visions, experiences they want to see happening in the world for themselves and others where for some reason those experiences aren’t happening yet,

You may not be playing “full-out”, not yet crossing the threshold that you know needs to be crossed, something makes you stay safe, play small, choose self-preservation over playing big, playing “full-out”.

Together, in a safe space, we’ll explore those experiences, those moments, the pivotal ones, and the peak ones and turn them into transformation, growth and realized potential.

There is a lot of untapped potential inside of every human being that is ready to be tapped into for authentic self-expression and co-creative contribution.

Together, let’s liberate your potential so you can have the peak experiences that you desire, that will delight you and create ripple effects, and gift waves of inspiration so others can liberate their potential.

As a coach I am curious, non-judgmental, a great listener and I ask the right questions at the right time and through my notetaking help you to connect the dots.

Coaching with me allows you to think what you haven’t thought before, feel what you haven’t felt before, say what you haven’t said before, ask what you haven’t asked before, do what you haven’t done before and get the results/outcomes you haven’t had before.

Through the years I have come to this understanding: Change is inevitable, we need to react/respond to circumstances, and we can intentionally create our circumstances.

One of my passion projects is to enable the youth (12-18/25) to see their potential and architect / design their dream life and experience the freedom to live it.

We all have a lot of potential, a lot of talents and gift, genius, intelligences that we can enjoy sharing with the world, inspiring others, changing the world. Unfortunately, a lot of that talent and potential is conditioned in to hiding. Let’s liberate it with coaching and guided practice.
