A Canadian Country Retreat

"Lance was able to inspire me and help me focus in such a way that helped me “up my game” by providing clarity of purpose."

Rick Goldring, Mayor of Burlington, Ontario

"Lance is interested in self-sustaining and dramatic improvement: what creates a positive energy that cannot be depleted? Lance teaches how inspiration and inspiring behavior transcend motivational fad, raise the game to the highest level, to the most people fastest; and are wholly integrated with one’s life (rather than seeing work life as separate from home life) thus creating a genuine, complete, and virtuous cycle."

Ken Bloom, Senior Partner, Korn-Ferry

"Lance - you are a fabulous coach and I hope you are savoring the successes you have helped me and our team to achieve as much as we are. You are a key contributor. Most importantly, you have helped me strive to be a better being."

Joe Reagan, President & CEO, St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association

"I have just completed the most challenging, and at the same time, best year in my entire career. Throughout that time, Lance has been my executive coach, and I couldn’t have done it without him."

Christopher M Todoroff, Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Humana Inc

"Lance Secretan has learned something that escapes most executives: that their employees have souls. Even better, Lance shows would-be leaders how to create organizations with soul-and the results to prove it."

John Brandt, President and Editorial Director, CEO Magazine; Former Editor-in-Chief, IndustryWeek

Lance Secretan is a passionate outdoor athlete—he has been skiing, mountain biking, hiking and canoeing all his life. His other passion is changing the world. So he combines the two by spending much of the winter at  his home perched on the top of America’s best ski mountain (according to the U.S. Forestry Commission) – Copper Mountain, Colorado. With over 300 days of sun every year, almost every day offers another Colorado blue sky stretching for a hundred miles in almost every direction from the 12,400 foot summit. The rest of the year he lives in Canada, next to a 700-acre preserve which is part of the Niagara Escarpment, recognized in 1990 by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.

You are invited to be Lance’s guest at his rural home located in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.  Just 50 miles (80 kilometers) from Toronto International Airport, Caledon nestles in rural splendor, and there you will be supported and pampered by Lance’s team. This is a perfect place to plan, to strategize, to think and to dream—to unravel knotty issues and learn how to inspire others—all while hiking, mountain biking, kayaking or canoeing together. You will be with an expert outdoorsman and an expert on leadership and building inspiring organizations. Distractions will evaporate and you will leave with clarity about the future, greater personal awareness, and happy memories of good company, great food, dreamy beds and awesome scenery.

Come join Lance for a Canadian Rural Retreat at his home in Ontario, Canada for a unique and inspiring experience.
