You can make entries in your journal. This is where the cards you added (see method later) are shown so that you can follow the history of the cards you have pulled each day. To add personal notes, comments and thoughts in your Journal, click on the little pencil icon and the window for adding text will become active. Click the orange checkmark to finish.

Create a small group – called “Pods” – with whom you can share cards. When you choose a card, those you have invited into your pod will see it displayed on their device, just as you will see theirs.

1. Click on “+Create Pod” link, name your new pod, and send invitations to those you wish to become members of your pod.
2. Invite new members by clicking the pod icon at the bottom of the home screen, then click on the appropriate pod’s name, then click on the hamburger menu (top right, three lines), then click “Invite Members”. A window will appear into which you can insert the invitee’s email address. The little bell at the top of the Pod section alerts you that you have a message/invite waiting.
3. Delete a pod by clicking the pod icon at the bottom of the screen, then select the pod you wish to delete, which you can do by swiping left and clicking “Delete”.
4. Add a new member to an existing pod by clicking on the pod icon at the bottom of the screen, then select the pod to which you wish to invite a new member, then select the hamburger menu (top right, three lines), then click “Invite members”.
5. Delete a pod member by clicking on the pod icon at the bottom of the screen, then click on the pod to which the member belongs, then go to the hamburger menu (top right, three lines), click on the pod member’s name, and then click “Remove from pod”.
6. Received Cards will show up in your pod, and if you click on the text of the card received, the date of receipt will appear.

This center button returns you to the home page and shuffles the cards and selects a new one for you.

This will take you to a page which lists a variety of different “spreads” you can use with your cards. Click on any of the twelve icons to choose the spread you want to us

Shake your device to select a card. The card chosen becomes your “To BE List” for the day. You are being asked to BE the quality described by that card. It cannot be removed (so you must BE that for the entire day ☺) and it expires at the end of each day. You will have the opportunity to select a new one the following day. There is also a separate area where you can create your traditional “To Do List” as well. Just click the + sign to add a “to do” to your list.

This orange icon enables you to share the card you have chosen to anyone you choose, by presenting you with various options (text, email, social media, etc.). The recipient will see a description of your card (but not an image) and an invitation to download the app.

This will provide detailed information about how to navigate the Spirit@Work® app. Here is another way to share the app with a friend, just take a screenshot of the QR code and forward it to them.

When opening the app for the first time in a day, you will see a “daily quote” appear in a pop-up window. Another quote will not appear automatically on the same day, but you can choose to be presented with an additional daily quote either by clicking “Select Another Quote” or by clicking on “Daily Quotes” in the “hamburger” menu. If you want to pause the Daily Quote, just click the removal button.
