I am re-reading The Spark, the Flame and the Torch with a colleague who is developing their\u00a0leadership capabilities, and I just can’t overstate what miracle this book is.\u00a0 When I first read it 10 years\u00a0ago<\/span>\u00a0I really had no idea all of the incredible people and sources of inspiration that Lance Secretan synthesised into such an important book.\u00a0 I feel like I am reading something as important as an ancient\u00a0spiritual text.\u00a0 The way Secretan incorporates spirit without it being religion is really an inspiration to me. 10 years\u00a0ago<\/span>\u00a0we thought our leaders were really missing what they needed, but I feel as if it is way worse today.\u00a0 I can only imagine how nurtured\u00a0we would be if we had leaders that were more aligned\u00a0with this writing.\u00a0\u00a0Thank you for putting together such an important book. It really is marvelous.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
