Arlette, a resident of Boulder, Colorado, is a dedicated coach and seasoned clay artist with over 30 years of experience. As a divorced and solo parent to twin daughters, she balances her coaching journey with her passion for empowering others through art. With a background in mentoring inner-city youths facing challenges of addiction and homelessness, Arlette views coaching as her calling, continuously refining her skills to guide individuals towards fulfillment. Currently completing her studies at Coachville and pursuing ICF certification, she is committed to helping others find their true purpose. She also believes being a Pathfinder and incorporating the teachings of Higher Ground Leadership helps create this path to purpose not only for her but for the whole world.
