Martin discovered the tremendous potential of Higher Ground Leadership® when raising a new engineering team for the automotive company Bosch in San Luis Potosi, Mexico from 2015 to 2019. To define a dream and to lead and live by the CASTLE® principles made them reach goals they never dared to dream of!

Martin has a Ph.D in engineering and over 20 years of international leadership experience in the automotive industry including development of product platforms, business and portfolio development and guidance of countless projects. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish. His passion is to enable individuals to live their full potential and to create high performant organizations that collaborate joyfully among themselves and with others. Martin believes that an inspired team is the prerequisite for sustainable success.

The on-going global transformation made Martin re-focus on his WHY: To grow consciousness. Martin believes that being conscious is necessary to lead a fulfilled and successful life. Therefore he is building a School for Growth in Queretaro, Mexico, to encourage consciousness, help individuals to grow and organizations to reach excellence by collaborating joyfully.
