Lance Secretan is a passionate outdoor athlete—he has been skiing, mountain biking, hiking and canoeing all his life. His other passion is changing the world. So he combines the two by spending much of the winter at his home perched on the top of America’s best ski mountain (according to the U.S. Forestry Commission) – Copper Mountain, Colorado. With over 300 days of sun every year, almost every day offers another Colorado blue sky stretching for a hundred miles in almost every direction from the 12,400 foot summit. The rest of the year he lives in Canada, next to a 700-acre preserve which is part of the Niagara Escarpment, recognized in 1990 by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.
You are invited to be Lance’s guest at his rural home located in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable. Just 50 miles (80 kilometers) from Toronto International Airport, Caledon nestles in rural splendor, and there you will be supported and pampered by Lance’s team. This is a perfect place to plan, to strategize, to think and to dream—to unravel knotty issues and learn how to inspire others—all while hiking, mountain biking, kayaking or canoeing together. You will be with an expert outdoorsman and an expert on leadership and building inspiring organizations. Distractions will evaporate and you will leave with clarity about the future, greater personal awareness, and happy memories of good company, great food, dreamy beds and awesome scenery.
