On January 27th, 2010†we held a conference call with about 100 people to discuss an idea.† We posed this question:†What if everyone pledged that every day they would be inspiring? What if we committed to being insping in every word, deed and thought?† And what if each of us†were†to invite 10 more people†to do the same?† By making this pledge, we could start a worldwide movement -†and we would change the world.

The conference call generated so much enthusiasm and momentum that a second call was scheduled for February 10th.
