For some time corporations, individuals, coaches and consultants have been using our Spirit@Work® Cards with great success to help achieve breakthroughs in Leadership Development and to build inspiring teams, and organizations. They are used to start meetings, break deadlocks in teams, facilitate discussion, enrich and guide coaching relationships,†introduce spirit and values into conversations, and add a new, more inspiring dimension to corporate behavior.

The physical collection of the Spirit@Work® Cards consists of a deck of 77 large cards, another deck of 77 identical, but much smaller cards for traveling, and a book which adds a narrative or reflection to accompany each individual card.  They can be purchased here.

Inspired by the success of the Spirit@Work® Cards, we are introducing a virtual version. Visit our homepage and you will discover a small deck of cards. Click on one of these and a random card will be revealed to you. Pull a card each day, reflect on the message that it contains, and carry that wisdom with you for the day – it will be your learning and your guide as you travel through your responsibilities, activities and relationships today. You can share the card you chose on Facebook and on Twitter too.

You can also send a Spirit@Work® Card to a friend as a greeting, message of friendship, birthday tribute, or a salute to your relationship. Or you can simply send a card that will inspire someone.
