Reversing Social Malaise

According to Gallup:

In 2024, adults worldwide reported high levels of daily distress: 39% felt a lot of worry, 37% felt stress, 32% experienced physical pain, 26% felt sadness and 22% felt anger. All are higher than they were a decade ago.

What is the antidote to this pain?

I could see this coming a few years ago – a society sliding into despair and a deep distrust of institutions – and this especially noticeable among young people, but also everyone else too.  So I wondered if my successful work helping leaders of some of the best managed companies in the world could be adapted to focus on the individual and their sense of disappointment and hopelessness. So, I took everything I had learned working with inspiring leaders and mashed it up into a new book titled, “Reawakening the Human Spirit: Finding the Spark, the Flame, and the Torch Within“.

Bingo! it worked.

So I invite you to give yourself a gift – reawaken your human spirit.  We can still become inspired, even in a world that does not always feel inspiring. Not only will you reframe your own life, but you will be an inspiration for others.

It is available as a traditional; book, and also Audible and Kindle. Check it out here: https://secretan.com/books-dvds/reawakening-human-spirit/
