The Association of Spirit at Work was founded by my good friend Judi Neal. She has since partnered with several organizations, including the World Business Academy, to create the International Spirit at Work Award. Several of our clients have received awards and we are great admirers of the ISAW.
The awards commitee is actively seeking enlightened organizations to apply for the ISAW award. Each year, organizations are honored for their explicit commitment to nurturing the human spirit of their employees, and are invited to share what they have learned at the International Spirit at Work Awards Conference.
In addition to the original ISAW award which is given to organizations of over 100 employees, a new Small Business Award is being presented this year for organizations of 20-100 employees.
