The third CASTLE Principle is Service.
We created the ONE Community as an “open source” entity, in which we practice Servant-leadership by co-creating, sharing together, pooling our ideas and adding to each other’s gifts – thereby strengthening ourselves and increasing our reach and effectiveness. As in all relationships, we each get out of the ONE Community what we put in. This is how the message of ONE is reaching the world and how all the ONE Community members are building their own businesses and programs.
Tom Heck has a similar approach.
Through his website, Tom teaches people how to build conscious, high performing teams using experiential learning exercises as a tool to enhance learning.
And he models the CASTLE Principles. As of last week, Tom made membership at his website free (it used to cost $144/year). This announcement caused a huge number of membership/e-newsletter signups – he’s been averaging 100+ each day. Tom’s goal is to have 100,000 members by the end of this year.
