On November 6th and 7th one of the largest gatherings ever held about the future of leadership in our world will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center in California. Hundreds of speakers will share their thoughts about how we can lead more effectively in every aspect of society. There will be a concert by Jason Mraz and I will be the closing keynote speaker.
Kenneth Schwenker, the organizer of this event – he calls it LEADERShift – describes themission of the conferencethis way:
“WeÃre assembling leaders and visionaries, creating exhilarating panels from technology to social entrepreneurship to spirituality, arranging and hosting seminars and workshops with some of the great teachers of our time and celebrating this experience together with a Saturday evening conscious music festival.”
The aim of this conference is to share some of themost visionary thinking of our time, to inspire the leader within each of us and to be a call to action for all of us to be leaders in our lives. The conference aspires toproduce at least 10 specific projects and actions that will make a difference in some of the issues thatwe are all dealing with in this world. Anotherpart of the conference will be dedicated to inspiring young people to make a difference in their communities and to be leaders in their own way.
Please join me on November 6 and 7, 2010, and help to change the world – it will change your life!
Hi Lance
Great Idea and much power in it. But I think one step ahead.
If we want to change the world, this conference should be held in more
than one part of the world. Is there any possibilty to organize a tour
to Europe and Asia, Africa and South America? Same concept, same
host, same keynote speakers, but different leaders and local young
people.
Just a Idea.
Greetings Thomas
Great idea Thomas – I will suggest this to Kenneth Schwenker who is the organizer.
Lance, I can only say that if Nov 6 and 7th are 1/2 as inspiring as the
Enlightened Business Summit this will make a difference. I’m still
working through all the recordings and havent’ been disappointed by
a single session.
Nice work and all the best with the conference!!
Thanks Debbie – it is going to be awesome!
Where can I sign up for this conference? Thank you!
Best regards,
Linda
