The Likability Audit 360 is a paid enhanced feedback feature so colleagues can safely provide anonymous insights that further support talent attraction and reduce turnover.

The Likability Audit 360 enables you to invite a select number of others (a maximum of 10) to obtain feedback based on their perception of your likability, which may yield different results. You will not see the individual results, or any individual’s names, but you will receive a consolidate report once their surveys have been completed and we have processed them.

After purchasing, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing  the Likeability Audit 360.
