We are a group of inspired and inspiring individuals who are the founders and champions of a new movement “To Create an Inspired World”. We are a community focused on contributing our experience and unique gifts, combined with the philosophy of, to make a difference in the lives of others, including the organizations in which we all work. Pathfinders study this work (The Advanced Masterclass), and then, blending this with their own expertise, take it into the world. Pathfinders collaborate, enjoy community, network, share, learn, grow and teach with their Pathfinder community members across the world. (See a Directory of Pathfinders here).
We Are Pathfinders!
In these times of unprecedented change and uncertainty, it is important to nurture our spirits and build the future we want to see in the world. Our community members support each other, while building resilience and inspiration for individuals and organizations.
We do not need to feel despondent. We may not be able to rearrange the world exactly as we would like it to be, but we can regain our lost inspiration, even in the face of so much that seems broken. We can build on the growing momentum created by the many people who yearn for a better world and an end to societal failures. The tide is changing, the passion is growing, and we are part of that vision. Our movement and our community is the place where we inspire each other, and share our wisdom and experience by helping individuals and organizations do the same.
Benefits of Becoming a Pathfinder
Certified Pathfinders are listed in our directory on our website and we regularly collaborate on projects—for example, we arranged for several Pathfinders to become certified as Lumina Learning practitioners; we are creating on-line learning opportunities for Pathfinders to market to their clients, and we are creating several on-line courses and surveys, tools and instruments which will be freely available for Pathfinders to share with their own clients. We are constantly collaborating to develop new initiatives that will add inspiration to the world. We also collaborate on client assignments and generate sales opportunities wherever possible.

The Higher Ground Community is a sanctuary for you as a Pathfinder to learn, practice, network, collaborate, and awaken in a safe community of kindred spirits. We will look deeply into the sources of inspiration, how we nurture our spirits and change the world.
