Burnout Survey

The Burnout Survey explores the growing impact of work-life pressures, societal challenges, and an “always on” culture on stress, burnout, and overall well-being.

The 12 stages of burnout.

There is increasing evidence that a confluence of societal issues – corporate incompetence and malfeasance, recessions, wars, terrorism, mass shootings, pandemics, declining mental health, drug and violence epidemics, and political crises – have roiled society and accelerated the epidemic of our spiritual hunger, creating a perfect storm of stress and burnout. When all this is added to our self-worth being increasingly linked to our jobs and status at work, a dangerous condition can present itself. Take the test below and check out your own condition. Then take action based on the results you see here (you will receive an email with your results).
