Higher Ground Leadership® Masterclass

This virtual learning experience takes place on Zoom over eight weeks. It is an intensive immersion, taught personally by Dr. Lance Secretan and Secretan Faculty members. At this event, participants learn the concepts of Higher Ground Leadership®, drawn from over 40 years of research and described in The Bellwether Effect, The Spark, the Flame and the Torch and 21 other books authored by Lance Secretan. The intention is that you and other leaders, consultants, coaches, teachers, facilitators and trainers enhance your own work, deliver programs—and reignite your life—using the principles of Higher Ground Leadership®. You can use this work in your own practice or organization, in your coaching and consulting, and/or in your personal life. Since there is no separateness between personal and home life, most participants discover that these are principles to be lived across their entire daily lives. You will also be joining a network of people who share similar goals and backgrounds, offering a new community of collaboration.

After Graduation

Following graduation, each participant will be able to join an alumni community of Certified Higher Ground Coaches, or Higher Ground Leadership® Consultants, have access to all of the proprietary materials and website forums of The Secretan Center Inc., and receive discounts on products from the Secretan Store.  In due course, Certified Higher Ground Leadership® Coaches and Consultants may be invited to work with clients of The Secretan Center.

As a member of our growing community of coaches this program will enable you to deepen your understanding of both the philosophy and methodology of Higher Ground Leadership®, adding it to your existing formal coach training and certification. Our coaches are a community collaborating and supporting each other, and their clients, using this life-changing work to inspire individuals and organizations to transform their lives and live their ONE Dream®.

Most importantly, as a Higher Ground Leadership® Coach or Consultant, you will be able to influence and shape our new movement: To Create an Inspired World.
